Agreement

Candy Chase! is operated by Orixa Games. By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Candy Chase! for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game, or use it to build a competing product.

Purchases & virtual items

The game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Coins, boosters, and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you rather than owned by you. They may be changed or discontinued as the game is balanced and updated.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Contact us at support@orixagames.com if something went wrong and we will try to help.

Advertising

The game is supported by advertising, including rewarded video you choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. Ads are supplied by third parties and we do not control their content. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Fair play

Please don’t cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients or automation, or try to disrupt the game for other players. We may suspend or close accounts that do, including any virtual items attached to them.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the game or any of its features. We will give reasonable notice before shutting the game down where we can, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

Disclaimers & liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of this affects your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Jordan, unless local consumer law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the effective date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
